As per our requirement, engagement records do not require any approval.
In OOTB behavior, if there are open issues or tasks, the engagement moves to the Follow Up state. However, when an issue is closed, the engagement is getting closed automatically.
Our requirement is that closing an issue should not close the engagement. I checked the system and found the Audit Utils Script Include, but I could not find any Business Rule that updates the engagement state.
