Can we migrate the Classic assessment assessment responses to Smart assessment responses?

We can leverage the migration tool from the Smart assessment engine to migrate the Classic questionnaire templates and metric categories to Smart questionnaire templates and sections.

I want to know if there is a way for us to migrate the Classic assessment assessment responses to Smart assessment responses after the migration of the templates.

No, we don't have any such plugin or feature out of the box and I don't think it's a valid scenario here. After migrating the Classic Assessment metrics to Smart Assessment templates, creating a new assessment instances again for the historical Classic Assessment instance and mapping isn't recommended -I don't think you should be doing this.
