Control Attestation Notification Not Triggering

We've been trying to get the GRC Attestation OOTB assessment notification firing when the control state changes to Attest

We have tried various workarounds including changing the Notify Assessment User BR to include "Attestation" and changing the OOTB notification for "Notify Attestation Recipient" to include "Attestation" as well.

Nothing has been working lately and not sure if our SNOW environment is recognizing the evaluation method of "Attestation".

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

We have even tried creating a new BR and singling out "GRC Attestation" for the metric type.

Found the answer to the issue.

First, we changed the Business Rule "Notify assessment user" to run BEFORE  not AFTER as originally constructed including the evaluation method of Attestation as well.

Second, we set the OOB notification "Notify attestation recipient" to run in the Global domain and the Global application within our enterprise instance. We have various domains and for some reason, the notification was not firing within our scoped domain.

Not sure if you've already addressed it, but the OOB notifications are set for the legacy attestation type, but GRC has a new metric type of Attestation.

All changes to the business rule and notification were switched to the evaluation method of "Attestation" however, the notification does not seem to be firing. Something within our enterprise environment must be not recognizing the new attestation method.

If you check the event logs, is the event triggering? What are you seeing in the outbox/sent logs?
