I need to create a new email notification for when a policy is to expire in 1 month.
Please can anyone help.
I have gone to notifications, selected the table sn_compliance_policy
Send when - Event is fired
Not sure of the event name
Condition - Valid to is less than 1 month before valid to.
Am i doing anything wrong here?
Thanks

Hi Ashutosh,
This would be alot simpler if we had FD bit not using this yet.
Is there another way to create this?
Thanks
Hema

Flow Designer is part of the platform. You have it - even if you don't know how to use it. But this is a good time to learn - it is a key component of supporting a ServiceNow instance.

HI,
Flow designer is OOB with Platform. YOu can just make use of it. As Jan said this is the next important thing to learn in ServiceNow.
This is very powerfull and easy to build and maintain.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi,
What do you mean? You want to do this via scheduled job then. Business rule will not work in this case.
So create a scheduled job and then send event and event will trigger an notification for you.
Thanks,
Ashutosh
