I have enabled the Confidentiality for Audit tables using the 'Enable record level confidentiality' property, So that the sensitive data can be accessed by only allowed users.
But it is still accessible to the Admin user. The KB article(KB1096093 - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-common/c...) in the Servicenow Doc is not found when we try to open it. Can anyone tell the steps to follow to make it inaccessible for the admin users.
From ServiceNow Docs: By default, the administrators can also view the confidential records. If you do not want the administrators to view the confidential records, follow the steps mentioned in KB1096093, this KB article is not available.

Hi @jigyasaarora23 - FYI: the KB article will show as 'not found' if you try to access it without logging into a support account. So check you're logged in.

hi @jigyasaarora23 ,
I think the KB is broken , in order to restrict admins from accessing the confidential records make sure "Admin override" flag is unchecked on read ACLs and script returns false for admin.
Here is the KB you can follow - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0685046
