Hi Team,

Due date is getting populated, I am not able to find out from where it is getting populated?

I want to update the due date from "created date + 14" days to "created days + 21 days",
But I am not able to do that hence I as updating due date after record is created, but because of that 2 SLA's are getting attached, I want to find out from where the created + 14 days due date getting populated, already looked for BR and search code,

Please help me in this.

There doesn't seem to be OOB logic on the due date field on the Change Task table. It could be that there is logic implemented to update the due date from the change, but you need to check on that on your instance. Maybe templates are in place, setting this to 14 days. Then you need to update that to 21 days.

From what you are saying your SLA condition use this field. OOB there are no SLA's on Change related tasks, so it's also not easy to work from there.
