Entity not getting Downstream Controls and Risks

Hi, 

I cloned my Dev to the Test environment and now when I link an entity to an entity type, the entity is not getting the Downstream Controls and Downstream risk. Everything still works fine in the Dev environment before and after the clone. Anyone have any idea what happen and how to fix it?

It depends on what you mean by cloning...A lot of records in GRC are data that are not captured by update sets and need to be moved across instances using XMLs. Controls objectives and their mapping against entity types is one of those. If your entity types do not have COs mapped in TEST then nothing happens.

I reply here just in case someone run into the same issue: 

When I say clone I mean a Clone Request not just update set. The problem was that I cloned from Dev to a temporary test instance provided by ServiceNow and such instance has some limitation that prevent the GRC module from working correctly. When I clone to the Prod, everything worked fine.
