Hii, When I'm doing the GRC IRM Simulator on Now Learning platform. There is one Task Setup Issue Triage.

Very first step is this:- '. On the classic UI, modify the issue triage assignment rule, Self-identified + Unknown to be assigned to the group, Triage Managers (AGT)'

But, I'm not able to find this step on Navigation.

I impersonate the specified person which tells in Task. But still didn't get this.

Can anyone help me where to find or navigate this classic UI or issue triage??

@Community Alums - I haven't tested this on the instance that comes with the simulator but here is how it works in the instances I use to teach from:

There is an application called Issue Triage.  Under the first separator (Issue Triage) you will find the Assignment Rules module.  In the baseline there are 3 rules set up.  If it doesn't work when impersonating someone, try it as a sys admin.
