GRC on dev instance

I am trying to install GRC on my personal instance . I activated the plugins but it is now showing up in Application Menu. Please advice - https://dev36807.service-now.com

You need to go to store to activate GRC on your instance.

I was trying to enable on my personal instance and I don't happen to have HI account, is there any way I can get HI account to I can opt-in at the store

I was able to install from ServiceNow store without a HI account on my personal instance. Can you see the GRC modules? Is "install" available for each module?
