How does the attestation respondents view his response on a later day?

Hi,

Attesatation respondents completes their assessment and where could a respondents look at the response given on a later day?

"Click to view user's response" in assessment instance gives the following error message, 

"There was an unexpected failure with this assessment, invalid type provided"

So, how and where to view the attestation response?

Hi Balaji,

Attesatation respondents should have 'survey_reader' role. Once you give survey_reader to these users, this problem would be solved.

Above error message was received by admin user.

Isn't the admin role enough for checking the survey response?

I went to test this in my instance and I am not having a problem, however your description is a little vague on exactly what you are doing and where.

I'm on London

I answered an attestation as a user that had a lot of itil-type roles, but no grc type roles.  Remember that users with no roles can answer surveys - and an attestation is a survey.

After answering the attestation it disappeared from My Attestations module.  But I adjusted the filter so that I could see it.  I was able to open it as this user and click "View User's Response" in the Related Links and see the answers.

I then impersonated the system admin and was also able to see the responses.

But both of these methods are a little backwards. What I would think you would want to do is to open the Control record for this attestation.  From there the attestation answers are located in the Related Lists.  All the questions and answers are listed there.  If attestations for this control had been sent to multiple people, then you would see everyone's answers.

Here goes what my requirement is, 

Attestation respondent completes the attestation. Which would be the form/table they'd checking, if the respondent wanted to view the responses they've provided on a later day?

I believe there should be link/form to view the attestation response that's been provided.

Attestation responses are assigned with sn_grc role. So, they don't have access to control record. Hence they can't view the attestation results by navigating to Attestation tab.
