How scoring calculates on risk form - inherent, calculated and residual score

Hello Community,
I am new to IRM, risk management module. I need help on my requirement( its bug actually)

I am struggling to fix one issue on risk calculations. I am not able to find out from where values are populating in scores. I tied to check risk criteria, few ootb BR, client script, script include...etc however I am not able to find out how do i check the conditions and based on that values are coming for inherent, calculated and residual score and the issue is values are showing incorrectly as per Risk manager(client )

I am still not able to find out exactly what should I check(modify if required) the values coming for Calcualtive, inherent, residual score?
Note : This is classic risk only.
where exactly the ootb development to display the scores of this 3 field's value (BR, CS, Script include or any other background development)

Hello Sujatabhagat,

have you ever found out? Customer has a requirement to create same logic as is on the Risk for the Issues and I can§t find where is this calculation defined.
