Hi,
We are looking to import risks and controls that are currently being managed on spreadsheets to ServiceNow IRM. Would we be able to populate the related list with the excel import (for example. would we be able to populate the control a risk is related to)?

Hi,
Did you happen to upload the controls and risks through the Import Sets ETL in ServiceNow? Since you know what are the target tables and the schema mapping, the same logic can be applied in IRM module as well.

You can do it however you like, but always better to have a full understanding of the GRC application to achieve this.
It doesn't sound like going straight into Risk & Control tables is going to be the best approach, on the surface. How will you handle entities? And each of the respective item lifecycles?
