Client is sending an email where an Entity name exists on the body of the email & entity associated controls status on the attachment.
Now I want to update the controls for which entity name matches as per the email body in ServiceNow.
How can we achieve this without having entity name on the attachment.
Note: In the attachment there are only 2 columns i.e., Status of control which needs to be updated and Control objective of the Control i.e., for which it to be updated. so in this case entity name mentioned in the email want to be fetched first and then based on the control objective status to be updated.
