Is there any license used if we assign sn_grc.business_user role to any user in User table?

I have 2 questions, both are related to Advanced Audit application.
1. We have 18K Suppliers who are part of User Table and need to work on Issues and provide evidence during Audit Execution. We are planning to give sn_grc.business_user role to all the Suppliers. Do we need to purchase any type of IRM license for this?
2. What is the difference between IRM Lite Operator and IRL Operator license? What all functionalities\modules are accessible with IRM Lite Operator license. Is there a list that can be shared?

Utkarsh- i'm wondering where your screenshot came from of the CRUA rights in each area. Is that available for all the subscriptions across the platform? My AE team directed me to https://www.servicenow.com/products/entitlements.html, but it doesn't have the CRUA info.

Hi Adam, have a look at these tables:
# | Table Name | Description |
1 | Role type (sn_irm_shared_cmn_licensing_role_type) | This table contains the classification of the roles and is used to determine whether a given role is Operator or Lite operator. Applies to IRM, BCM and PRM. |
2 | Unique user usage (sn_irm_shared_cmn_unique_user_usage) | This table contains the users who either have the right to access (assigned role) or have used the system (CRUD access). Each user entry for an accrual period in this table represents if he/she is to be treated as IRM operator/IRM lite operator. |

Assigning the 'sn_grc.business_user' role to a user in the User table typically doesn't involve a specific license requirement in ServiceNow platform.
