Not able to edit related list on policy table

Hello Experts, 

I have been trying to edit related list on the policy table.  Every time,  I am modifying by configure ---list layout  The order of the fields is getting changed back to the default view 

Could anyone suggest me how to apply fix for this and modify the related list? 

Attached is the sequence of how the sequence should be

Instead of personalize, you need to configure the related lists for table. It will be visible/apply for all users.

The attachment is missing. Could you please attach that.

Try clicking on reset to column defaults (if the list has been personalized already, then you should see the changes made in list layout.

I have been asked to change the default view of the related list which will be visible for all users

As per my knowledge if we do personalize list, related  list view change applicable to us only.

Yes you are correct.

Personalize will not apply to all. Once you configure from list layout, end users has to click on reset column default to set it to default list.

were the changes getting reflected in list?
