Platform Analytics Data visualizations missing

There are no data visualization available.
Platform Analytics - Data Visualizations - All > Search by name "Active engagements with Security Schedule by risk score".It is visible to the admin users on both prod and UAT. For non admin users the data given in search is visible in uat but not visible on production.

As per my check they are 1000+ records(data Visualization) on UAT. 100+ records on Production(particular search record is not exist on PROD).

If export from uat to Prod is required for this data visualization.

Then how to export.(No xml format is allowed only pdf/PNG/JPEG).

Can anyone provide the solution for the above data missing on production and how to recover it on prod env.
