Risk creation on control failure

Hi Team,

Does anybody know how do we create relation between controls and risks. 

Generally Risks are automatically created from entities when entity filters are added to Control objectives but my requirement is to create a Risk only on control failure.

Can somebody help me on this.

Hi @bejawada Are you refering control failure as non compliant?if yes then issue should trigger...if you want to trigger risk then you can apply same logic as issue creation
