<p>You can find all the official out-of-the-box (OOTB) process guides and starter stories for <strong>IRM / GRC Policy and Compliance</strong> directly on the ServiceNow <strong>Now Create</strong> portal (now also accessible via <strong>MyNow Best Practices</strong>):</p>

<li><strong>Log in to Now Create:</strong> Go to the <em>ServiceNow Now Create</em> portal (or navigate to <em>Now Learning &gt; Now Create</em>).</li>
<li><strong>Search in the Asset Library:</strong> Click on the <strong>Assets</strong> tab at the top and filter by Product: <strong>Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Download the OOTB Process Guide:</strong> Search for <strong>"GRC Policy and Compliance - Process Guide"</strong> (Word document). This covers the complete out-of-the-box lifecycle, roles, states, and workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Download the Starter Stories:</strong> Search for <strong>"GRC Policy and Compliance - Starter Stories"</strong> (Excel workbook). You can import these stories directly into the ServiceNow Agile Development module to jumpstart your backlog.</li>
