Hi All,

 I am facing an issue when creating the Questionaries  for the assessment  . When i am selecting the data type as Yes or   No or Multiselect  i am able to see the questionaries in the  vendor portal  But  when i am making the data type as Choice and creating the  choices for the Questionaries and i am  able to see  Question but the choice options not not able to see   in vendor portal .

Hi @sushma9 ,

You will need to use Multiselect .

@Community Alums 

I have total 5 choice and i need to select only one  if i use the  mutliselect then i can select all option but i have to select knly choice in that 5 choices
