Workspace "Add" button stoped working after Washington upgrade

Hello,

I am facing issue with Adding extra control objectives to Indicator templates.

Compliance Workspace -> Control monitoring -> Indicator templates

The button "Add" does not add Control Objectives to the list (look at screenshot). It happened after Washington upgrade.

Does anyone facing similar issue, or know any solution?

HI @Jasper Tax1 yes correct  in workspace we are facing this problem. However, till it get fixed, we can add the control objectives through classic UI, as it's working fine their.

Alternatively you could link the Indicator Template from the Control Objective record page directly within the workspace.
