We had a requirement to create a SLA for one of the catalog item. In that catalog we have 2 choices, for 1st choice it has a sctask which has 5 days of SLA. And for 2nd choice we have 2 sctask, 1 sctask has 6 days SLA and another one had 5 days SLA. The requirement is to create SLA for RITM which should be 6days for 1st choice where we have 1 task and 12 days for 2nd choice where we have 2 task. There is any way to dynamically calculate the SLA for task and add that in RITM SLA ?
