Add more fields on mobile agent list screen

Hi All,

I have a requirement to display more details on work order task in the list screen in ServiceNow mobile app, How can I add more fields in the list. Please help me with the steps.

Hello @Community Alums ,

Check in the Applet Launcher , search for work order task. Check for data items and in that you can edit the fields.

Thank you for your reply, I have checked the data item in mobile app builder but there was no option to add or remove fields. 

I want to make changes in the list screen as given in screenshot below.

Hey @Community Alums ,

You should be able to edit it through the Mobile App Builder.

1. Navigate System Mobile > Mobile App Builder
2. Search and open the application Field Service Mobile
3. Find the screen to edit and apply your changes

I am not sure which screen you are referring to but you should be able to find it from the list.
