I’ve created a custom flow for hardware inventory stock requests using Flow Designer copying oob flow , intending to skip approvals and directly generate a task. Despite removing all approval steps from the flow, approvals are still being triggered when a request is raised. Has anyone experienced this issue or know where else approvals might be getting triggered? Any guidance on how to ensure only a task is created without requiring approvals would be appreciated.

Hi @kalakaramad_20 ,
Check from record which all flow are getting attached to record and check the flow context. Also try to change the trigger condition of oob flow.
