Asset Creation in Hardware Table

Hi Team,

 

Recently we integrated ServiceNow & intune via a plugin. We brought our asset data into ServiceNow & it got created in cmdb_ci_computer but it didn't create an asset record in the alm_hardware table. 

Do you know what could be the issue here?
