Hello everyone,
We have the need to be able to audit consumables, has anyone come up with a solution for this? Similar to an asset audit perhaps but by model number and entering the quantity? I am sure other companies have had the need for this am curious if anyone has come up with a solution?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello @jonsr20 ,
You can Regularly perform audit cycles where physical counts are done to ensure the digital records match actual stock levels. Any discrepancies can then be investigated and resolved promptly.

Hello @Fred Jean ,
I would do it manually creating excel sheet columns for model number, description, quantity, location OR another option is to look for other software that can take care of this thing (that may not be cost-efficient).
Auditing is very important in consumables.
Thanks

Of course it's important, that's why I'm surprised ServiceNow does not prodived anything to deal with that (unlike for Hardware assets).
