Asset Cycle Count (Stock-take)

Hi there,

We would like to check if anyone is aware if ServiceNOW has a Cycle Count feature which we can use for stock take purposes?

Currently we are doing this manually, which we:

1. Scan the current asset in store into a spreadsheet.

2. Download the asset In-Stock in store location from ServiceNow

3. Do an Index&Match in spreadsheet to reconcile the assets we have in-stock if it tallies.

Hi Ricson,

Why do you not consider Asset Audit in this area as this can be used to scan Assets. If Assets are already in place the audit is confirmed; if assets are found they are registered also.

This is not working on Consumables as they do not have an Asset tag but are treated on qty.
