Hi All,
I need to pull a report of Asset to CI sync by using alm_hardware table but whne I placed a filter stating that CI is not empty then get approximately 17K records I noticed that a few classes should be removed.
Accessory
Camera
Chrome book
printers
scanners
tablets
video and conferencing
voice system hardware
Shall I remove these classes and get the final count. I am not an experts in reporting hence looking for some suggestion.
