am facing an issue in the Assets list where the error message "Asset is excluded from licensed hardware asset features" is displayed. Upon validation, I found that the Exclude from HAM Features field is set to True on the affected asset records.
I also reviewed the relevant KB article, which recommends opting in the appropriate Resource Categories. However, the Resource Category table is empty in our instance, so I am unable to follow the suggested resolution.
