Asset Lookup search times out in the inventory tab of ServiceNow agent app.

The Asset Lookup search times out in the inventory tab of ServiceNow agent app.

 

When I go into the Asset Lookup option in the inventory tab of the ServiceNow Agent app, and either scan the bar code or enter the asset number, or serial number to search for the asset, it circles for a while and times out (Check out the attachments). Not sure how to fix this issue?
