Assign Consumables to user from Interaction record

I'm looking for a way to help our Service Desk agents to handle out consumables to users that visit the Service Desk.

 

For example if a user needs to loan a charger to their computer just for the day. The asking user might be in a hurry and just need to have the consumable right away to continue their work. What is the best way to do so given that we have created an Interaction record for the user who is visiting Service Desk Walk-up queue.

 

I'm looking for a way to quickly grap a charger from the stockroom and hand it out to the user, without requesting it from Service Catalog and going through approval step and closing Catalog Tasks.
