Business cases for the PRO version

Hi all,

we are evaluating the PRO version in our enviromnent, and we received a presentation from Servicenow with those capabilities from the PRO:

Hardware asset manager workspace
• Inventory management
• Asset estate
• Model management
• Procurement
• Asset total cost of ownership
• HAM Maturity

Asset lifecycle automation:
• Hardware asset order and bulk stock order
• Hardware disposal, recycle, donate
• Asset onboarding/offboarding
• Contract and renewal management
• Asset tasks – deploy, swap, retire, refresh, loaner, leased asset return
• Reservations for temp assets
• Asset bundles, bulk transfer, pallet inventory
• Advanced shipment notifications (ASN)
• Return merchandize authorization (RMA)
• Indoor Mapping for Assets
• Asset Warranty integrations

I asked for more detailed information from each one of those items, but so far they didnt give anything. So, I would like to know from you if you have any kind of business case at your side for each one of those automations and workspace, or if there's any documentation regardnig this.
