I have created the credetials for the discovery in my developer instance but while testing the credentials I am facing authenticatio failed issue. I hope someone help me to successfully authenticate using the credentials.

You are the only best individual to resolve this issue as if the credentials are correct and are working elsewhere then it means there is nothing wrong you did which community can assist to correct it.
Ensure the password field length is greater than the password you entered in the ServiceNow table where the username and password is stored:
