Hello Team,
Jamf integration is failing with the error "Unable to make a connection to JAMF API call. Please check your credential configuration. Check system log for more details. HTTP return status code was 401 (sys_script_include.3fa7da3673b210104ae4b41afaf6a727.script; line 57)". We checked thoroughly and found there are no changes in the credentials. After some research I read that we have to migrate to Token bearer authentication.
I have received the token from JAMF team, and did some research as to where to update the token on ServiceNow. I didn't find a HTTP message where we can update the token. After some more research found that it has to be updated in the flow, not sure how.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Did the service account come from JAMF, or did you create a new service account in ServiceNow?
