Hi @Greg L
This is just for tracking the User Experience analytics like page load times, events triggered , active logged in users, login device type etc. You can also make these stats available for Performance Analytics. For more info check the link below.
You can disable them by setting the system property glide.analytics.enabled to false.
You can also disable them by navigating to All -> User Experience Analytics -> Settings and open each record and clear the Enabled check box (false).

@Greg L Yeah, this is for admins to analyse and improve processes and User Experience. This info will not be shared to ServiceNow. Please check if there is any recent upgrade or change in configuration of User Experience Analytics etc. Only specific users are getting this or every one.
