Hello, this is my first question in the Community.
I'm testing the "Hardware asset management sourcing AI agent," and while it's working, it's not returning the expected response.
There might be something missing in my test environment; I'd appreciate any ideas on which tables I need to configure and how.
* What I've done:
- Enable the [Auto-consume], [Auto-transfer] and [Auto-purchase] options in the stockroom(alm_stockroom) settings.
- Set location information for the stockroom; Tokyo.
- The stockroom has 2 available Hardware assets (PCs) . State=In stock, and Substate=Available.
- Link the PC product model to the catalog item. The product model is the same as the PCs in stock.
- Create a request from the catalog item.
- The request item is approved.
- Manually set the location field for the request item; Tokyo as same as the location of the stockroom.
* AI agent response
Hi there! I'm your Hardware asset management sourcing AI agent. I found that
RITM******* includes a request for *******(PC product model) of quantity 1.
I wasn't able to autonomously source the items you requested. Here are the
possible reasons:
1. No stockroom is set up for automatic sourcing.
2. The stockroom configured for automatic sourcing is out of stock.
3. There are no vendor catalog items available.
There is currently no available stockroom or vendor to fulfill your request.
->I don't anticipate any forwarding or purchases in my test pattern, but I think they'll be allocated from available stock. There should be multiple items in stock, but it seems the AI agent hasn't recognized them.

I would appreciate any helpful advice. Unfortunately, my knowledge of HAM and AI agents is not yet sufficient.
