In HAM pro configuration ,we Optin all resource categories oob but in the asset record when we open we getting error like The asset is excluded from licensed hardware asset features due to Exclude from HAM features in asset record set true.
for ex category personal computers some records Exclude from HAM features is setting true and others setting false
category like Tablet,every asset record every records Exclude from HAM features is setting true..due to this we unable to perform HAM features like asset refresh etc..Anyone have idea about it..Did i miss any configuration changes..
when i doing filtering for true ,I am getiing some records and this record i am not able to raise any HAM functionality.in the personal computer false i am able to raise HAM functionality features...
