Hi @vinod6
You can do that in list view of any table.
In the sample, i've imported the xml data using the incident table.
1. Go to incident table
2. Open the column contect menu
3. Click Import XML and select the XML file from your system(expoted from other instance) & click upload.
That's it.. it'll be imported.
PFB.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Siva

Hello @vinod6 ,
I would not recommend migrating a Dictionary record via XML file, as there are other related records that would need to be moved as well (e.g. the Field Label). Please use an Update Set instead.
If you really want to go ahead with the XML file, just go to the Dictionary in the target instance, right click on the table header and select "Import XML".
Regards,
Robert

Hi @vinod6,
Moving dictionary entries with XML is not recommended. Please try using update sets instead.

But why?
Field creation/updation/deletion is captured in update set OOTB.
So please use that method only to migrate.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
