Flow created in Flow Designer not working

Hello,
A flow created in Flow Designer is associated to Catalog Item/Service Catalog. It is working fine in PDI but not at all working in demo instance of our organization. The flow is not getting triggered only.
Please help what could have gone wrong

Check whether the flow is updated in the catalog item correctly. Also ensure this flow is activated.

Flow is updated in the Catalog Item field and flow is also activated

Are you facing the issue only with this flow or are no other flow also not working. If no flow is running in your instance, then it could be due to different issue
