As part of HAM implementation I want to automate 'State' change in ServiceNow as part of changes made to an Asset in MS Intune -
1. After a leaver form is submitted, the user ID is getting de-tag from the device in Intune, so is it possible to propose a BR which will change the state of the Asset in ServiceNow to 'Build' once the devices gets wiped out from Intune? (Note - The reason to put the status of the device to 'Build' is because after wiping out the user data, the device will be reimaged).
2. How do I change the state then from 'Build' to 'In Stock'? As there will be few devices in this scenario and proposing a catalog item, might not make sense.
