Hi All,
We are still in the very early days of our HAM Implementation and I'm trying to get a grip on what is the best approach to reporting on KPI's.
What would be you recommended go to KPI's for early stage (Crawl) HAM process and then what would you advise to work towards as we get more maturity in the system.
Thanks for the Help

Hi there,
Some KPIs that you can consider at this stage should be assets "in use" that:
- are NOT assigned to anyone (excluding shared devices)
- are assigned to someone which current status is not active (user left the company, for example)
If you use CMDB, check the ones "in use" that the "most recent discovery" in the Configuration Item table is not showing a recent date, like, 90 days in the past.
In the same CMDB area, you can check items "In stock" that has a recent date (be careful on this, might be equipment being fixed, that they sent to stock).
I don't know if it's the case, but here, each user should have one single Computer Laptop assigned. You can create a KPI that show users that has more than one computer assigned.
Another one is the "stock age", that can show the amount of days that the items are in stock.
Hope this helps.
