You can get the E-book only when you opt for ON Demand course from Now Learning of HAM.

It's not available publicly.

Sandeep - I opted /paid for on demand course for HAM, but where do you find the ebook?

You can go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/ and search for the course named 'Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Fundamentals On Demand (Utah)'. If you have free access to this course, the best way to prepare for the CIS-HAM certification is by completing this course. Also practise on the instance either by using the lab guide & instance given in the course or through the simulator instance given in the course named 'Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Simulator (Utah)'.  If you prepare in this manner, there is no need to go through the ebook.
