Hardware Asset Refresh Orders, Lines & Tasks

When creating a Hardware Asset Refresh Order, sourcing and confirming an assigned asset, you'll then generate the Hardware Asset Refresh Lines (HARL) for the order. My question is, can the HARL tasks be completed on a mobile app? I'm looking to make the process easier for our deployment team and if they can scan the old and new assets while in the field on the Deploy new asset to user or space task, I would have better engagement and completion. 

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Hi @taravangend,

Unfortunately, no OOTB workflow is available to manage the Hardware Asset Refresh Lines on the Mobile Agent app. The Agent app does support barcode scanning, asset lookup, receiving, and inventory audit actions, so you could use it for the scan part in the field.
