We are in the process of implementing Hardware Asset Management and one of the key questions that our agents have is how to interact with Service Operations Workspace and Hardware Asset Workspace in parallel?
We have Universal Request and Advanced work assignment which handles assigning URs to agents which the agents view in SOW.
Now that the Hardware Requests are in place along with its own Workspace, how should an agent switch between the 2 workspaces?
