The Hardware Asset Management (com.sn_hamp) plugin is not available for Personal Developer Instances. as a alternative Consider enrolling in the HAM fundamentals course on Nowlearning this will enable you to get instance with HAM plugins added in it, or install it on your organization's development environment.
