I discovered that ServiceNow has finally established a table in the CMDB to store information about mobile devices through this forum. After upgrading my ServiceNow version to Tokyo, I am unable to locate the cmdb_ci_handheld_computing table. Could someone advise me on the necessary steps to take?
could you please let me know what is the issue you are facing here?, can you able access cmdb_ci_handheld_computing.LIST from the application navigator ?
