I cannot find the cmdb_ci_handheld_computing anywhere in my Tokyo release.

I found out the SN finally created a table in the cmdb to hold data for mobile devices through this post: https://www.servicenow.com/community/itam-forum/what-ci-class-do-we-use-for-mobile-devices-iphone-fo... . I updated my SN version to Tokyo but I can't find the cmdb_ci_handheld_computing table. Can someone tell me what do I need to do?

Hi Yousaf, thank you for the fast response. I am running a personal instance for testing purposes and learning. How do I get access to ServiceNow store in order to install this application?

I don't think you can install servicenow store apps on your PDI.

I found this YouTube video online that says otherwise, but I don't know if it is still possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vaPU1leRIw. But why didn't SN added the table Mobile Devices to the cmdb, if it already has a model category for it?
