Implementing Asset Responsibility Terms

Hi everyone! 

Has anyone implemented a Responsibility Terms Acceptance process in ServiceNow?

The goal is to ensure that every employee who receives an asset (such as a laptop, mobile phone, or peripherals) formally accepts the terms of use and responsibility directly through the platform.

If you've gone through this or have best practices to share, it would be great to exchange ideas!

I'm interested in that as well.

I saw something like "resource allocation" to be used, where in the asset form, you will see a tab showing that particular resource was assigned to that user on that day, and the awknowlegement of that user (when the "I accept" button was clicked).

But I belive this resource allocation was something from another module different than HAM.
