I'm not enrolled to that lab but from ther validation failure message it seems that you should have rename a module:
'Did you rename the HHD module as All HHD Request '

• Please navigate and locate the HHD Module
  • like I did with Incidents
  • hover slightly to the right side
  • click the "Edit module" icon
  • rename it to "All HHD Request"
    • Be careful for typeos or blank spaces, it must be exactly as per requirements...

Did you create the hhd_admin role?
Did you create the hhd_user role?
