we are currently preparing to introduce IT Asset Management (ITAM) for SPAR Austria Group over 9 countries. We aim to transform from decentralized processes and applications to a central managed discipline using ServiceNow covering a central inventory for about 2 million IT, IoT, and OT assets managing their lifecycles.
We are looking for an experienced partner introducing processes, required roles, governance and implementing standardized IT Asset Management across the whole organization.
