We have HAM pro and just launched SAM pro. As we were troubleshooting different issues, we found that our JAMF data is not showing / setting the assigned to person. When we checked with the JAMF team, they said they are running into an issue where the information is in Active Directory but does not seem to update the User/Location area in JAMF as expected. They have checked the mapping and the settings. Even though this is more of a JAMF issue than a SN one; I wanted to see if someone else has encountered a similar issue and may have something that can be tried on the JAMF side to get it auto-populating as expected and then having good data on the SN side. Screenshot below of the area that is not getting populated even though the data is available.

Open IHETL and see how the mapping has been done. Some time the data which is used for mapping is either not present or not sufficient. I checked the ETL looks like oob sgc looks for username and email id to get the sys id of the user. If they are not present you will see empty value in ETL itself.
I hope it helps

Hi Pratiksha,
Thanks for responding. The SN side works if the data is provided from JAMF. We know the issue is on the JAMF side of the integration and not the SN side. I was hoping someone who may have done this before and is familiar withe JAMF application might have an idea why the User / location data is not populating as expected. From what we can tell, the options are enabled and the data exists but not filling in that area within JAMF...and since it is empty the location > username in the payload is empty.

We had a client who was just want us to use the email id. We customized the ETL to populate assinged to. For location its same, you need to check if you are getting data, then you need to check if it matches with servicenow, if it does not match then data cleanup on one of the tool is needed.
